The pubococcygeus muscle is located in the pelvic area and can easily be found by any man. Go into the bathroom and start urinating then stop in mid-flow. The muscle you tense in order to stop the flow of urine is the PC muscle. There are toilets within easy reach everywhere, which means that men don’t get to exercise this muscle at all. Not that one would wish to exercise his PC muscle by looking around for a toilet, say, for about half an hour. The best way to get this muscle in shape and to bring ejaculation under control is to exercise it every day.
The exercise is simple, albeit a bit tedious. You can exercise in front of the TV, at work or while driving. It’s a good way to fill the wasted time spent driving to or from work. The basic idea is to locate the muscle and start flexing it. Clench the PC muscle, hold it clenched for two seconds and then release it slowly. Keep doing clenching sessions every day and you will soon feel the difference. A well-trained PC muscle will let you to rein in ejaculation and to allow it only when you feel like it.
